The Pikos Group comprises a small core team of talented specialists in project management, finance, compliance, marketing and sales. Together they work with a myriad of consultants, including our builders and architects, to engineers and interior designers.

Managing Director, Pedro Pikos, along with partner Simon Cathcart, is the driving force behind the Pikos Group. Pedro oversees the company's acquisitions, formulates its strategic direction and provides visionary leadership to ensure its continued success.
Pedro has been a leading figure in the property industry for 40 years having developed and managed $5 billion of residential and commercial property. Pedro spent the first half of his career creating the Northern Territory’s largest real estate company, before redirecting his focus in 1990 to pursue his passion for property development.
In 2003 he moved his property business to Brisbane, with a strategic vision for the Pikos Group to deliver exceptional residences in Brisbane’s most desirable locations. Pedro’s passion for design excellence and creating a positive legacy for the community has earned him a reputation as a leader in the property industry.
Simon Cathcart is an expert problem solver and accomplished Executive Manager, with a significant track record in property since 2008. His experience encompasses residential and commercial property development and investment. A committed financial partner in Pikos Group property developments from his initial involvement, Simon solidified this partnership in 2020 by becoming an equal shareholder with Pedro.
At the helm of Pikos Group, Pedro and Simon collaboratively steer the company's strategic vision, concentrating their efforts on key acquisitions. This powerful partnership in leadership has directly guided Pikos Group's achievements in delivering a diverse and substantial property portfolio, with projects completed exceeding a combined value of $2.7 billion.
Complementing his role at Pikos Group, Simon's executive background extends over 25 years. He is the founder of FetchTV, where he remains a Non-Executive Director, and also serves as a Director of Measat Global and Astro Malaysia Holdings. Simon holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic) from the University of South Australia.
Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Wooldridge offers a wealth of skills and experience to drive Pikos Group’s continued growth and success. Her proven leadership abilities honed during her tenure as State Manager for Cedar Woods and Development Director for Lendlease make her an invaluable asset to the company.
Michelle’s track record comprises large scale projects such as the Brisbane Showgrounds, Herston Quarter, the Cross River Rail and the 15,000-lot master-planned community, Yarrabilba, reflecting her ability to navigate complex development landscapes and ensure successful outcomes.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Michelle is also the current Vice President of the Queensland Division Council for Property Council of Australia.
As the Chief Financial and Operations Officer for Pikos Group, Rebecca Slingsby is responsible for managing the financial and operational functions of the company. Working closely with the executive team, she ensures that the company's finances and daily activities run smoothly.
Rebecca is an experienced commercial finance executive who has held high-level positions within the real estate and development sector in Australia, London and the United States, and has direct experience in residential, commercial and retail property development.
Prior to joining Pikos Group, Rebecca was focused on the commercial, financial and operational risk management of Lendlease’s development pipeline in New York and Boston. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
